Introduction of 939AGP-EC/939AGP-G-EC Motherboard
1-1 Feature of motherboard
The 939AGP-EC/939AGP-G-EC motherboard is design for use 64bit AMD Athlon64 (K8)
Processor in 939 Pin HyperTrnsport Processor with the VIA K8T800 Pro Chipset delivers a high
performance and professional desktop platform solution. Which utilize the Socket 939 design
and the memory size expandable to 4.0GB.
The motherboard use the newest VIA K8T800 Pro Chipset, supports 1GHz System Bus in
data transfer rate. The motherboard provided 133MHz/166MHz/200MHz Memory clock
frequency, support DDR266/DDR333/DDR400 DDR Module, and support Dual channel
function. The motherboard embedded VIA VT8237 V-Link LPC South Bridge offer ULTRA
ATA 133 and Serial ATA RAID 0, 1 functions to provide speedier HDD throughout that
boosts overall system performance.
939AGP-EC provided 10/100Mbps LAN function used t VIA VT6103 LAN PHY chip
supports 10M/100Mbps data transfer rate provided full duplex, half duplex operation.
939AGP-G-EC provided Giga LAN function used the RealTek RT8110S Giga-LAN
controller chip supports 10M/100M/1Gbps data transfer rate provided full duplex, half duplex
operation.
The motherboard also has an integrated 8-channel AC'97 CODEC on board which is fully
compatible with Sound Blaster Pro that gives you the best sound quality and compatibility.
For those wanting even greater graphic performance the motherboard provided an AGP slot
supports AGP V3.0 compliant support 8X/4X transfer mode up to 2.1GB/s capability and
Fast write Transaction.
