4-1 INF install Intel 848 chipset system driver
After you have completed the installation of your operation system (WINDOWS 98SE). You will
find an UNKNOWN DEVICE in the device manager (START/SETTING/CONTROL PANEL/
SYSTEM/DEVICE MANAGER). You have to install INF driver as shown below:
1. Click INF in the MAGIC INSTALL MENU 2. Click NEXT when Chipset Software Install
3. This license agreement appear , click Yes ,
the readme information appear , click Next
NOTE: MAGIC INSTALL will auto detect file path X:\INTEL865\INF\SETUP.EXE
This driver supports WINDOWS 98SE/ME/2000/XP
(NT4.0 do not require)
Utility appears
4. Select if you want computer re-started click
