Note:
The AC power cable retainer can prevent the AC power cable from accidentally falling
off.

Check whether the PWR LED on the front panel of the switch is ON. If yes, the
power supply is connected.
Caution:
Make sure that the grounding cable has been properly connected before powering on
the switch.

3.3.2 Connecting the DC Power Cable

I. Connecting the DC power cable of the S5500-28C-EI and S5500-52C-EI
The AC-powered S5500-28C-EI and the S5500-52C-EI use the 12V RPS.
The DC-powered S5500-28C-EI uses the 12V RPS or the 48V RPS. For the
connection of the 48V RPS power cable, refer to section III. "Connecting the DC power
cable of the S5500-28F-EI and S5500-28C-EI-DC" on page 错误!未定义书签。.
