ABS SYSTEM DOES NOT ELIMINATE.
Upon vehicle start up, after the initial pan-
el check, the ABS warning light will flash
until a speed of 3.1 mph (5 km/h) is
reached, afterwards it will turn off.
If the ABS warning light continues to flash
or turns on permanently, this means that
a malfunction has been detected and the
ABS was automatically deactivated.
In this case, perform the following oper-
ations:
- stop the vehicle;
- key OFF-ON;
- exceed a speed of 3.1 mph (5 km/h): the
ABS warning light will turn off;
- ABS is functional.
If the ABS deactivated signal persists:

Lors du démarrage du véhicule, après le
contrôle initial du tableau de bord, le voy-
ant ABS clignote jusqu'à ce qu'on dépas-
se la vitesse de 3.1 mph (5 km/h), puis il
s'éteint.
Si le voyant ABS continue à clignoter ou
s'il reste allumé fixe, cela signifie que le
système a détecté un mauvais fonction-
nement et que l'ABS a été automatique-
ment désactivé.
Dans ce cas, réaliser les opérations sui-
vantes :
- arrêter le véhicule ;
- clé OFF-ON ;
- dépasse la vitesse de 3.1 mph (5 km/
h) : le voyant ABS doit s'éteindre ;
- l'ABS fonctionne correctement.
Si le signalement d'ABS désactivé per-
siste :
