A quick procedure to check the correct
adjustment of the front light beam:
Place the vehicle 32.8 ft (10 m)
from a vertical wall, making sure
that the ground is level.
Turn on the low beam light, sit
on the vehicle and check that
the light beam projected to the
wall is a little below the headlight
horizontal straight line (about
9/10 of the total height).
To adjust the height of the vertical
light beam:
Place the vehicle on the stand.
Working on the rear left side of
the top fairing, use a short Phil-
lips head screwrider on the ap-
propriate screw (1). TIGHTEN-
ING (clockwise), the light beam
will go up. LOOSENING (coun-
terclockwise), the light beam will

go down.
Repeat the same operation on
the right headlight assembly.

tion correcte du faisceau lumineux avant :
Placer le véhicule à 32,8 ft (10
m) de distance d'un mur vertica-
le, en s'assurant que le terrain
soit plat.
Allumer le feu de croisement,
s'asseoir sur le véhicule et véri-
fier si le faisceau lumineux pro-
jeté sur le mur se trouve légère-
ment au-dessous de l'axe
horizontal du projecteur (envi-
ron 9/10 de la hauteur totale).
Pour effectuer le réglage vertical du
faisceau lumineux :
Placer le véhicule sur la béquil-
le.
En opérant du côté arrière gau-
che de la bulle, agir avec un
tournevis court à croix sur la vis
appropriée (1). EN VISSANT
(sens des aiguilles d'une mon-
tre), le faisceau lumineux s'élè-
ve. EN DÉVISSANT (sens in-
verse des aiguilles d'une mon-
tre), le faisceau lumineux
s'abaisse.
Répéter la même opération sur
le feu du côté droit.
