RB Read PT memory ($B)
Read $B data in PT memory.
Per command, a maximum of 100 bits can be read.
After reading, bit data are displayed and returned per 8 bits as 8 bit value.

value continues with the following 8 bits.
Fills any of the last 8 bits that does not actually have a valid
read-out data with 0.
