• Fill the water tank to its maximum level, either with water and a product for descaling electrical
appliances or half and half white vinegar and water.
• Run the oven at 100°C in steam mode until the tank is empty.
• Run the oven again with water alone in order to rinse the system and the oven cavity.
• We recommend that you carry out a full descaling run every two months or so.
Cleaning and care
• Before cleaning or maintenance, allow the oven to cool and unplug it.
• Do not allow fat to accumulate in the appliance.
• As an aid to cleaning: run the empty oven in steam mode for 20 min. at 100°C.
• Clean the door, the inside and the outside of the appliance with a damp sponge and a mild detergent.
• Do not use cleaning products intended for metals (stainless steel, copper etc.).
• Do not use aggressive cleaning products (especially soda based oven cleaners), scouring sponges or
abrasive wads.
• All accessories* (oven shelves etc.) can be cleaned with water and detergent or put in the dishwasher.
• The hot plate must be cleaned. You can use a half-cup of white vinegar; leave to act for a few minutes
(fig. 27)
and wash in water
• Once a month, wash the water pipe. Unscrew the pipe
• Do not use a steam cleaner.
• If the control panel is wet, clean with a slightly damp cloth; do not use an abrasive cleaner.
• To replace the bulb: contact your approved service centre.
• The condensation collector must be cleaned regularly
