instructions carefully and keep them in a safe place.
• Never leave the appliance to operate unattended.
• As for any cooking appliance, do not leave it unattended when in use and keep it out of reach of
children at all times.
The oven becomes very hot during cooking and steam escapes from the ventilation holes when in
steam or combined mode; keep children at a distance
• The water tank must be filled to maximum level before cooking.
• Remove the tank before moving the oven.
• During use of the oven or of combined functions, do not touch the door, window or frame with bare
hands.
• Use oven gloves to remove dishes from the oven.
• Do not store food in the oven.
After oven or combined cooking, allow the oven to cool for 5 to 10 minutes before starting
to steam cook.
• If the door or door seal is damaged, do not use the oven.
• Do not use the oven to warm up food in hermetically sealed containers; they could explode.
• The first time it is used, the oven may give off smoke or an odour; this is normal.
• When you first switch it on, heat the empty oven in oven mode to 200°C for 15 minutes to get rid of
any smells.
• Do not clean the oven immediately after cooking. Wait 30 minutes before cleaning so that the inside
of the oven and the heating elements can cool down.
