Cleaning inside the viewfinder
Remove any dust _om inside tile
viewfinder by following the steps below.
(_) Pull out the viewfinder.
@ While pushing in the tab on the bottom of
the viewfinder with a fine-tipped object
such as a ball point pen, pull the eyecup
block in the direction of the arrow to
remove.
(_) Remove dtlsl from the eyecup block wilh a
calllera blower, etc.
(_) Press the viewfinder onto the body of the
canlcorder.
(_) Remove dust from the inside area where
the eyecup block was attached with a
camera blower, etc.
(_) AIt ich Ihe eyecup block Io the viewfinder,
pushing it slraighl on unlil it clicks.

• The eyecup block is a precision pro1. Do not
disassmnble it flmher.
• Do not touch the lens of the eyecup block.

Your camcorder has a pre-installed
rechargeable baiter}, to relain the date. lime.

switch is sel to OFF/CHG). The pre-
installed rechargeable ballery is always
charged while your camcorder is connected
to the wall outlet (wall socket) via the AC
Adaptor or while tile battery pack is
allached. The pre-installed rechargeable
battery will be fully discharged in about 3
months if you do not use your camcorder
