Removing the manifold
Warning
Danger of burns The exhaust system gets very hot when the vehicle is driven.
- Allow the exhaust system to cool down before performing any work on the vehicle.

Preparatory work
-
Remove the seat. (MB p. 82)
-
Take off the side cover. (MB p. 83)
Main work
-
Remove the cable ties.
-
Expose and disconnect plug-in connector O of the lambda sensor.
-
Feed out the cable of the lambda sensor.

Remove the exhaust heat shield.
