Replacing the fan

The fan is designed for an operating time of L
ambient temperature of T
to maintain the availability of the unit.
The fan assembly consists of:
♦ the fan housing
♦ one fan
The fan assembly is installed between the capacitor battery and the
motor connection.
♦ Withdraw connector X20.
♦ Remove the cable ties.
♦ Undo the 2 M6x12 Torx screws.
♦ Remove the fan assembly by pulling it out forwards.
♦ Install the new fan assembly by following the same steps in the
reverse order.
Before commissioning the new fan, check it for freedom of movement
and correct air flow direction.
The air must be expelled upwards out of the device.
The fan assembly consists of:
♦ the fan housing
♦ one or two fans
♦ the starting capacitors
The fan assembly is fitted at the top of the chassis.
♦ Withdraw connector X20.
♦ Undo the two M8 screws in the fan assembly.
♦ Pull the fan assembly out forwards (if necessary, lower it slightly
when you pull it out) and store it in a safe place.
The fan assembly weighs about 30 kg!
