4.3 Main Board and Relay Board
1.
Unplug connector (CN1) on Main Board.
2.
Remove
3 flat cables and 1 cable from CN8,
CN9, CN10 and CN11 on the Main Board.
3.
Remove the screws (7) from the Main Board. The
Main Board can now be removed.
4.
Remove the screws (4) from the relay board. The ~
sub board can now be removed.
Note: When inserting flat cables, make sure that all
cable connectors
are fully seated
in their
respective sockets.

Power
Transformer
and
Power
Supply
1.
Remove
the
screws
(4) from
the
power
transformer.
2.
Remove the screw from power switch box and
remove the GND wire screw.
3.
Lift off the AC cord clamp and remove power
switch box from the bottom cabinet.
4.5 Printhead
1.
Remove the screws (2) from the printhead.
2. Carefully raise the printhead and unplug the flat
cables from the printhead. The printhead can
now be removed.
Note: When
the printhead is installed, ensure that
the head gap is correct.
Refer to section 5.1.
4.6 Ribbon Mask Assembly
1.
Remove the Printhead from the Carriage.
2. Carefully remove the Ribbon Mask Assembly by
pulling up on the Tabs.
