This regulator IC consists of two PWM voltage control circuits and reset circuit. One PWM
voltage control
circuit is only for +5V DC output and the other is for variable voltage output. Over current protection is provided
for +5V DC-GND short. DT1 and DT2 are used for "Soft Start" when power is turned on.
Switching frequency (fs)is determined by CT capacitor.

(d) Reset Circuit
The reset circuit is provided to initialize the gate array (IC6), the CPU (IC1) and the LED driver (IC600). About
8msec after the voltage at IC9 pin @) reaches approximately 4.3V, the reset terminal RES (pin @2 ) changes
from L to H.
