Using the Xerox WorkCentre Pro 412 ControlCentre 5.0, you
can set up fax system data options, create and edit phonebook
entries, or view the information of your WorkCentre Pro 412
machine on your desktop computer.
After setting up fax data options or creating phonebooks, just
click [Apply] on the ControlCentre 5.0 screen to download the
new settings to your WorkCentre Pro 412 machine.
When you install Xerox WorkCentre Pro 412 software, Xerox
WorkCentre Pro 412 ControlCentre 5.0 utility is automatically
installed.
HINT: For information on installing WorkCentre Pro 412
software, please refer to Chapter 2 - Product Overview.
Use the following instructions to run ControlCentre 5.0:

Start your Windows software.

Click the [Start] button on your desktop computer.
½
From Programs, select [Xerox WorkCentre Pro 412], then
[ControlCentre 5.0].
The Xerox WorkCentre Pro 412 ControlCentre 5.0 screen
appears.
