Set-up switch settings (SW5 (1 to 8))
These switches are used to set the storage destination of (a) the type of
external device connected to AD57G, and (b) canvas data.
All switches are factory-set to OFF.

Selling of a canvas ROM specified type (SW5-1)
If SW5-5 (corresponding to (5) indicated below) is set to OFF, make sure
that this switch selling is consistent with the installed ROM model.
If SW5-5 is set to ON, the SW5-1 switch selling can be either ON or OFF.
ON
: If 256KWROM (512K bytes) is used
OFF : If 64KWROM (128K bytes) or 128KWROM (256K bytes) is used

Selling of the type of connection of an operation panel interface (SW5-2)
ON
: When an A7GD-[ ] touch panel is connected
OFF : When an operation panel is or will be connected.

Selling of the type of connection of a keyboard interface (SW5-3)
Connection to A6KS (fixed to ON)

Selling of an interface to which a printer is connected (SW5-4)
Connection of a parallel printer to the parallel interface (fixed to ON)

Selling of the stored canvas data to be used (SW5-5)

: When monitoring is done using canvas data stored in a memory card
OFF : When monitoring is done using canvas data stored in a canvas ROM

Language selection (SW5-8)
Massages given by the OS of the AD57G are displayed in English. (fixed
to ON)
