Mode
This feature allows you to specify the parallel port mode. The options are Output
only, Bi-Directional, EPP and ECP.
DMA Channel
This item allows you to specify the DMA channel for the parallel port. The
options are DMA1 and DMA3.
Floppy Disk Controller
This setting allows you to assign control of the fl oppy disk controller. The options
are Enabled (user defi ned), Disabled, and Auto (BIOS and OS controlled).
Hardware Monitoring
CPU Overheat Temperature
This option allows the user to set a CPU temperature overheat threshold that
will activate the alarm system when the CPU temperature reaches this pre-set
temperature threshold. The options are 70

CHS (Chassis) Fan2
CHS (Chassis) Fan3
If the feature of Auto Fan Control is enabled, the BIOS will automatically display
the status of the fan as specifi ed.
Fan Speed Control
Set to Enabled to enable Fan Speed Control. If set to Disabled, the function of
Fan Speed Control will be turned off, and the fan will be running at the full speed
of 12V at all time. The options are Enabled and Disabled.
Alarm Beep Function
Set to Enabled to activate the alarm when an overheat occurs. If set to Disabled,
the alarm will not be turned on when an overheat occurs. The options are En-
abled and Disabled.
Voltage Monitoring
The following items will be monitored and displayed:
Vcore-CPU
Vdimm
12V Vcc
5V Vcc
3.3V Vcc
-12V Vcc
5V Standby
3V Standby
Vbatt.
