Locking The Control Panel - Fisher & Paykel OB30SDPTDX2 User Manual

Lock the oven controls to prevent accidental use of the oven by children or when cleaning.
When locked, the controls are unresponsive and the oven will not turn on.
For safety reasons you cannot lock the oven controls while the oven is in use or if automatic
cooking options have been set.
