Page Setup
Page Setup sels the enlarge/reduce ratio, print orientation, print resolution, and divide mode. When
necessary, change these settings before you start printing.
1. Select "Page Setup" from the File menu. The paper settings dialog appears.

About the Page Setup Items
Page Setup dialog box sclections are described below.
¢ Enlarge/Reduce
Enter the desired magnification or reduction percentage from the keyboard. You can enter any
whole number between 25 and 400 (%). For example, if the image you are printing is larger than
the paper in the printer, you can reduce the image so that it will fit.
The printed image is magnified or reduced by the specified percentage both vertically and
horizontally. For example, specifying 200% produces a printed image of twice the height and
twice the width of the size specified in the software, so the printed image has four times the area.
Orientation
Specifies whether the image is to be printed in tall (portrait) or wide (landscape) orientation.
Print resolution
Specifies the print resolution. You can select either 310 dpi or 155 dpi.
* Image layout
:
Specifies the divide mode: "lup", "4up", or "16up". The "Max printable size" numbers indicate
the maximum printable pixels for cach page in the current divide mode. If the print resolution is
set to 155 dpi, however, then the divide mode will be automatically fixed at "1up."
Dark level
Light level
Sharp level
The Dark level slider adjusts the black level, and the Light level slider adjusts the white level.
These sliders can be set to levels between -32 and +32.
The Sharp level slider adjusts the sharpness of edges of objects in the printed image. This slider
can be set to levels between 0 and +7.

The Gamma level slider adjusts the contrast curve. This slider can be set to levels between -32
and +32.
The Red, Green, and Blue Color level sliders adjust the level of the respective color, from -7 to
+7.
