can operate the unit from a remote location.

The remote operation functions which are possible using the

Controller Select
Remote Search Controller are editing (assembly and insert
editing), recording, playback, fast forward, rewind, pause, 9-
mode variable speed forward and reverse playback over a
speed range between 0 and 10 times normal! speed, and stop.
You cannot perform variable speed playback in the JOG mode.

©You can also use remote controller AG-A600. The operating
procedure is the same as that for NV-A505.
Operating Procedure
1. Connect the Remote Search Controller NV-A505 to the
Remote Search
Remote Control Connector (34 pin).

2. Set the Controller Select to "2".
3. Set the Control Selector to "Remote". (See page 10.)

operative, however.)

should be designed as an open collector output circuit or
with Transistor Transistor Logic (TTL) level.
®Number 34 pin (+12V) should be used only for our remote
controller.
