Likely cause
System is not loading
the previously saved

PIN needs to be reset.

ual authorization code.
QR and manual author-
ization code are valid
for a limited time of few
minutes.

Ensure Bluetooth
ting is turned on and
SUBARU Solterra Con-
nect Mobile App is run-
ning on device.
PIN can be reset using
the SUBARU Solterra
Connect Mobile App.

Verify your device is
de-
not associated with oth-
er driver's profile.
Verify your device's
Bluetooth
and SUBARU Solterra
Connect Mobile App is
running on your device.
Verify that car is in
good network area and
DCM connection is ac-
tive.
Restart registration
process by going back
previous screen and
entering phone number
again to get a new QR
code / manual authori-
zation code.
