In nite Heat Switches
The in nite heat switches control and maintain
heat to the French Plates, one control for each
French Plate. These switches have 6 positions
indicated on the dial face (HIGH, MED, LOW,
MED.LO, VERY LO, OFF).

Thermostat
Regulates the amount of heat needed to maintain
the set temperature. Switch positions are 0FF
then 1 – 10. Temperature range is 300°F (150°C)
to 750°F (400°C).

Indicator Light
Indicator light will be lit until the selected
temperature is reached or when selected
temperature is being maintained.
BEFORE FIRST USE
Cleaning
Clean the range and all accessories with water
and a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and
wipe dry with a soft clean cloth.
