OpERATION:

HOTpLATE:
The loading of these plates is evenly distributed i.e. - the heat is uniform over the
complete surface of the plate.
The 220mm diameter round hotplates are controlled by an energy regulator which gives
linear heating from low (1) to high (3).
All cooking utensils should have machined flat bases to give maximum heat
transference.
CLEANINg:
Please see page 4 of this manual for cleaning process.
