The following information will
be useful to you and your health-
care professional when using the

monitor your blood glucose level.
If you experience symptoms
that are not consistent with your
blood glucose test results AND
you believe you have followed all
instructions described in the owner's
booklet, contact your healthcare
professional immediately.
Never make significant changes to
your medication program or ignore

lower, this indicates low blood
glucose (hypoglycemia). The meter
