• Close supervision is necessary when children or disabled
persons are near the operating unit.
• Do not repair the unit by yourself. Do not disassemble the
unit by yourself, if any malfunction is detected or after it
was dropped, apply to any authorized service center at
the contact addresses given in the warranty certificate
and on the website www.vitek.ru.
• To avoid damages, transport the unit in the original
package only.
• Keep the unit in a dry cool place out of reach of children
and disabled persons.
THIS UNIT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY. ITS
COMMERCIAL USAGE AND USAGE IN PRODUCTION AR-
EAS AND WORK SPACES IS PROHIBITED.
BEFORE FIRST USE
After unit transportation or storage at low temperature
keep it for at least three hours at room temperature be-
fore switching on.
• Unpack the unit completely and remove any package
materials and advertising stickers that prevent the unit
operation.
• Check the unit for damages, do not use it in case of
damages.
• Before plugging the unit in to charge the battery, make
sure that voltage of the mains corresponds to the power
adapter operating voltage.
• Charge the battery and lubricate the blade block (1) fol-
lowing the recommendations below.
Charging batteries
• Make sure that the power switch (2) is in the off position.
• Open the lid (6).
• Insert the "USB" cord (8) connector into the "Type-C"
battery charging socket (5), insert the second connector
of the "USB" cord (8) into the power adapter (9) (pic. 1).
Note: - the clipper battery can be charged by connecting
the USB cord connector to a personal computer, laptop or
to an external Power Bank battery.
• Place the clipper on a flat stable surface.
• Plug the power adapter (9) into the mains socket, the
charging indicator (4) will light up red.
