To select speaker system
Set the SPEAKERS selector to the desired position.
A: To drive only A speaker system.
B: To drive only B speaker system.
A + B: To drive both A and B speaker systems.
OFF: For headphone listening.
To adjust the sound quality using the equalizer, etc.
connected to ADAPTOR jacks
Press ADAPTOR and operate the equalizer, etc.connected
to ADAPTOR jacks.
Note
Be sur to set the ADAPTOR switch to OFF when the
ADAPTOR jacks are not connected. Otherwise, sound
cannot be heard.
To play a record through the STR-GX90ES
Select the cartridge type.
MC: For moving-coil type cartrige.
MM: For moving-magnet type cartridge.
To adjust volume
Turn ATTENUATOR.
To reduce the sound to a low level temporarily (— 20 dB
attenuation)
Press MUTING.
Press again to restore the same listening level as before.
