frequency in a memory channel
using the "Simplex Memory
Channels" procedure.
Adjust the TNC modulation level per
instructions in your TNC manual.
Reorient your antenna or increase
your antenna gain to improve your
signal strength at the other station.
Turn OFF Tone, CTCSS, DTSS, and
Page.
Set the noise squelch
threshold as you would for voice
communications.
