NOTE: Every sensor cartridge warranty: Typically, two years depending on the sensor type. The
Bias battery will last only about six months. After replacement, allow at least a day for the
cartridge to reach equilibrium.

5.1 Block Test

A blocking test allows you to more clearly check whether there's a leakage in the sampling line
after installation with higher accuracy than a traditional test (preventing flow fault from
occurring). If you implement a blocking test, the device automatically changes to inhibit mode
and returns to the previous status after the test.
1. Implement Blocking test under Test mode (refer to Topic3.5: Testing)
2. Enter the blocking test mode to see the inhibit mark on the top of the screen.
3. Block the end of the sampling line and keep blocking until the test is over. The test result is
displayed on the screen after a few minutes.
4. Open the end of the sampling line.
5. Press
Note: The blocking test is conducted under test mode so the device does not generate a
Fault code. But If you have a Fail result, there's a leakage somewhere. Please check the
status and connection of the sampling line and try again.
