The blades do not rotate.
The drive belt is worn, loose or broken.
The drive belt is off of the pulley.
The power-takeoff (PTO) switch or PTO
clutch is faulty.
The mower belt is worn, loose, or broken.

Possible Cause
Install a new drive belt.
Install the drive belt and check the adjusting
shafts and belt guides for the correct
position.
Contact an Authorized Service Dealer.
Install a new mower belt.
