* When selecting a disc for multi CD player, press the DISC button and the desired disc number (1~5) in the
numeric buttons within 2 seconds.
* REPEAT A < - > B button is used for repeating a specific passage.
@ INPUT FUNCTION SELECTOR BUTTONS
PHONO, TUNER, TAPE 1, TAPE 2 MONITOR, CD, VCR 2 and VCR | BUTTONS.
@) CASSETTE DECK FUNCTION BUTTONS
REVERSE PLAY ( ¢€ ), FORWARD PLAY( > ), PAUSE( #8), STOP( ml), REWIND( 44),
FAST FORWARD( >), DECK SELECTOR A, B and RECORD( @ ) BUTTONS
@ TEST TONE BUTTON
Use this button to adjust the test tone volume level from each speaker.
When operating test tone, TEST F L, C, FR or R is displayed and the test tone is generated from each in turn for 2
seconds.
¢ When in the DOLBY 3 STEREO mode, the test tone is not generated from the surround channel.
@ DELAY TIME BUTTON
When in the DOLBY PRO LOGIC mode, adjust the delay time with this button according to room size and
acoustics.
Each time this button is irssécd) the delay time changes as follows.
me 15ms — 20ms > 25ms > 30ms a
¢ 20 ms is standard delay time.
@ MUTE BUTTON
Press this button to temporarily silence the sound. Press again to resume the previous volume.
@ EQUALIZER FUNCTION BUTTONS
« PRESET BUTTON : Press this button to select the preset A or preset B mode.
* USER BUTTON : Press this button to select the user mode.
¢ FILE BUTTON : Press this button to select the desired equalizer pattern in the preset or user mode.
« TAPE MONITOR BUTTON : Press this button to monitor the sound when recording or playing back on the
cassette deck.
