16.2 Remote Start
You can start the appliance with your
mobile device via the Home Connect
app.
Tip:If you are in Basic Settings
→ Page 38 If you set this function to
"rc2", the function is permanently
activated and you can start the device
at any time with a mobile device.
Activate Remote Start
If you have set "rc1" in the basic
settings of this function, activate the
function on your device.
Requirements
¡The device is connected to the WLAN
home network connected.
¡The appliance is equipped with the Home Con-
nect app connected.
¡In the Basic Settings
→ Page 38 this function is set to
"rc1".

When your device connects to a home
network connected to the internet for

Security certificate of the Wi-Fi

version of your home appliance. ¡
Status of any previous
reset to factory settings.
The use of the Home Connect
functionalities is prepared during the
first registration. This registration
should only be carried out when you
want to use the Home Connect
functionalities for the first time.
Remark:Please note that the Home
Connect functionalities can only be
used in combination with the Home
Connect app. Information on data
protection can be called up in the
Home Connect app.
