3.3 Zeolite drying
The device is equipped with a zeolite
reservoir. Energy can be saved by
means of zeolite drying.
Zeolite is a mineral that can store and
release moisture and heat energy.
During the washing phase, heat
energy is used to heat the washing
water and dry the mineral.
During the drying phase, moisture
from the rinse chamber is stored in
the mineral and heat energy is
released. The heat energy is blown out
into the wash chamber with dry air.
This enables rapid and improved
drying.
