4.8 Lateral setting of straight stitches on throat plate needle
Proper setting
If the sewing equipment allows using the maximum zigzag stitch width,
which is characteristic of the particular machine type, the position of the
border straight stitches should be adjusted so that it aligns with the zigzag
stitch border. If the throat plate needle hole is narrower than the maximum
zigzag stitch width of the particular sewing machine type, the lever for the
position setting of the border stitch must be fixed in the central position.
