3. Disconnect the touchpad cable from the ZIF connector (3) on the touchpad.
4. Detach the grounding tape (1) that covers the upper-left screw.
5. Remove the five Phillips M2.0 × 2.0 screws (2) that secure the touchpad to the computer.
6. Remove the Phillips M1.2 × 2.0 screw (3) that secures the touchpad to the computer.
7. Lift the bottom of the touchpad up (4), and then pull the touchpad away from the system board to
remove it (5).
To install the touchpad, reverse this procedure.
