Supply connection for tumble dryers with a central fresh air intake

For steam-heated tumble dryers, having a central fresh air supply reduces lint build-up
around the heater bank.
 Removing the protective cover exposes live parts.
Any work on the appliance may only be carried out by qualified personnel while the
power is switched off.
A plastic or steel pipe must be installed from the tumble dryer's central fresh air intake over
a minimum length of 3 ft. (900 mm). Each joint must be secured with 2 screws. The supply
air pipe must not extend into the tumble dryer.
