4. Connecting the Test Fixture
Selecting a Test Fixture
Agilent Technologies provides the test xtures listed in Table 3-2 for di erent sizes of surface
mounted device (SMD) measurements. These xtures provide high stability and repeatability
measurements.

Connecting the Test Fixture to the Test Head
To connect your xture to the Test Head, perform the steps listed below. (Figure 3-15 shows
the connection for 16192A as an example.)
1. Turn the APC-7 R
2. Verify that the connector sleeve is retracted fully as shown in Figure 3-14.
