1. Perform head cleaning
You can choose between the following three levels for head cleaning; Execute (Light), Execute (Medium), or Execute
(Heavy).
At first, use Execute (Light). Perform Execute (Medium) if there are faint or missing segments when you print a check pattern; if
nozzles are still clogged, perform Execute (Heavy).

Clean using the Cap cleaning kit supplied. See the following before cleaning.

3. Replace the wipers/wiper cleaner
You need the consumable wiper kit specifically for this printer when replacing. See the following before replacing.

If the print quality still does not improve, contact your dealer or Epson Support.
If ink drops occur
Perform the following sequence until the problems in the print results have improved.
Maintenance
If print results do not improve even after performing head cleaning three times
If print results do not improve even after cleaning the caps
