OPERATING MODE CHART
Press the mode button repeatedly to choose the desired mode.

MODE DESCRIPTION

Cool
• Use the temperature control buttons to set the
temperature.
• Use the fan button to set the fan speed.
• Temperature range: 18 - 32°C (64 - 90°F).
Fan
• Press the fan button to set the fan speed.
Smart
• The appliance will choose whether to run cool or
fan mode automatically based on the ambient
temperature.
• Press the fan button to set the fan speed.
• The appliance will run in fan mode when the ambient
temperature is below 23°C (73°F) and in cool mode
when the ambient temperature is above 23°C (73°F).
Dry
• The fan speed will be set to auto.
• Water should be drained from the continuous
drain using a hose to a fl oor drain for optimal
dehumidifi cation.
• Not using a continuous drain hose and allowing
the water to accumulate into the condenser drain
reservoir is possible, but could result in re-introducing
moisture to the room, and frequent emptying of the
reservoir. This can be lessened by using the drain
hose from the condenser drain into a fl oor drain.
