Ground module feedback shows that the Retract (Stow) Outriggers digital output may be shorted to battery or other function
Functions Disabled: Stow (Retract O/R)

2.136.2 Disconnect solenoid at X085
and isolate wires
2.136.3 Remove wire Orn/Wht 55-4-1
from X003.14
