ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING
THE VEHICLE MUST BE ASSEMBLED BY ADULTS.
BEWARE WHEN EXTRACTING THE VEHICLE
FROM THE PACKAGING.
ALL THE NECESSARY SCREWS AND SMALL
COMPONENTS ARE STORED IN A BAG INSIDE
THE PACKAGING.
THE BATTERY MAY ALREADY BE INSTALLED.
Do not use the toy if you find it damaged after
opening the packaging. Contact the shop where you
bought it or the customer support centre.
Take care in the presence of children while
assembling the toy, given the risks caused by small
parts (ingestion hazard) and the plastic bags that
contain them (choking hazard).
To assemble the toy, you will need a flat-head
screwdriver, a Phillips screwdriver, a hammer, and a
pair of pliers.
ASSEMBLY
1 • Unfasten the two screws. Install the roof.
2 • Pull the sides of the roof and fit as shown the
figure.
3 • Press on the roof until it clicks into place.
4 • Screw in the two screws.
5 • Insert the electrical wire fully into the bodywork.
6 • Remove the funnel from inside the engine.
7 • After removing the funnel from the train open
funnel by removing top piece from bottom piece.
8 • Unscrew the panel.
9 • Once you have removed the panel, fit the two
AA batteries -Not included- into their
holder,taking care to respect correct polarity.
NOTE: do not use rechargeable batteries.
10 •Connect the funnel wiring by plugging one into
the other.
11 •Install the funnel as shown in the figure pushing it
fully into place.
12 •Remove the cover from inside the engine.
13 •Click it onto the bodywork.
14 •Assemble the rails as shown in the figure.
15 •OPTION: FIGURE-8 CIRCUIT. Circuit: 18 curves
(12 already supplied), 4 straight and 4 crossover.
16 •To assembly the crossing of figure-8 circuit
overlap the first piece.
17 •Overlap the second piece.
18 •To insert the last piece into the crossing, proceed
as shown in the drawing, rotating the piece in
question.
19 •Then continue similarly with the other pieces.
20 •Remove the screw at the back of the seat.
21 •Press on the tab and
22 •remove the seat.
23 •Plug battery terminal B into vehicle wiring
terminal A.
24 •Reclose the seat back down by inserting the tabs
into the two slots (see detail into figure 25).
25 •Detail. NOTE: Always reclose and rescrew the
seat.

REPLACING THE BATTERY

27 •Unscrew the seat safety screws. Lift up the seat.
Unplug vehicle wiring terminal A from battery
terminal B, by pressing terminals on side and
pulling apart. Unscrew and remove battery
fastener.
28 •Replace the battery. Replace and screw back on
the battery fastener. Connect the two plugs.
CAUTION:When you have finished, remember
to close and screw down the seat.
CHARGING THE BATTERY
WARNING: BATTERY CHARGING AND ANY
OTHER WORK ON THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY ADULTS.
THE BATTERY CAN ALSO BE CHARGED
WITHOUT REMOVING IT FROM THE TOY.
29 •Unplug vehicle wiring terminal A from battery
terminal B, by pressing terminals on side and
pulling apart.
30 •Plug the battery charger terminal to a wall outlet
following the instructions enclosed. Connect the
plug B to the battery charger plug C. Once the
charge is completed unplug recharger from wall
outlet. Unplug recharger cord terminal C from
battery terminal B. Plug battery terminal A into
vehicle wiring terminal B. Close seat.

mettez en charge la batterie pendant 18 heures.
Ne pas appliquer cette règle pourrait être à l'origine
de dommages irréversibles à la batterie.
