Playing back a Tape
To watch a tape you recorded.
Playback function works in PLAYER mode only.
There are two ways to watch a tape;
To watch with on the LCD : recommended for outdoor use.
To watch with on a TV monitor : recommended for indoor use.
To watch with the LCD
It is practical to view a tape using the LCD in a car or outdoors.
To watch with a TV monitor
It is practical to view a tape using a TV monitor while indoors.
To play a tape back, the TV must feature a compatible colour system.
We recommend that you use the AC Power Adapter as the power source of
the camcorder.
Connecting to a TV which has an Audio and Video input jack
Use the Audio/Video cable supplied with your camcorder.
The yellow plug : Video
The white plug : Audio(L)
The red plug : Audio(R)
You can use the supplied SCART adapter.
Reference
You can use the S-VIDEO cable (supplied with accessories) to obtain better
quality pictures if you have a S-VIDEO connector on your TV.
Even if you use S-video cable, you must connect an audio cable.
While playing back on a TV screen, close the LCD screen. Otherwise, picture distortion may occur.
