Connecting an External Keyboard

■ Using an External Keyboard to Play the VK-8M's
Sounds

Before making any connections, make sure that all the devices are turned off.

Use a commercially available MIDI cable to connect the VK-8M's MIDI
IN connector to the MIDI OUT connector of your keyboard.

Turn on the keyboard.

Turn on the power of the VK-8M.
■ Mixing the Sound From the External Keyboard
With That of the VK-8M

Before making any connections, make sure that all the devices are turned off.

Use a commercially available audio cable to connect the VK-8M's INPUT
connector to the OUTPUT connector of your keyboard.
