Always change the brake linings in pairs.

Operate the hand brake lever repeatedly until the brake
linings are in contact with the brake disc and there is a
pressure point.

Add brake fluid up to level

Position cover with membrane

Mount and tighten screws

Clean up overflowed or spilled brake fluid immedi-
ately with water.

Move the brake fluid reservoir mounted on the handlebar
to a horizontal position.

Remove screws .

Take off cover with membrane
–
Manually press the brake caliper toward the brake disc
to push back the brake pistons. Ensure that brake fluid
does not flow out of the brake fluid reservoir, if necessary
extract excess.

Make sure that you do not press the brake caliper
against the spokes when pushing back the brake
pistons.

Remove cotter pin .

Push leaf spring upwards and remove pin

Remove brake linings.

Clean the brake caliper and brake caliper support.
