Using Attendant Recall

Use the Attendant Recall feature to contact an attendant during a call and
to connect the caller to the attendant.

Using Call Park

Use the Call Park feature to hold (park) your active call temporarily and
retrieve a call from any IP Phone. Using Call Park does not tie up a line.
Operating your IP Phone 1230
1. Lift the handset to reconnect to the
calling party.
2. Press the Transfer
call transfer.
If the called party answers, press the
Goodbye key to complete the transfer.
1. Press the Attendant Recall
stay on the line until the attendant
answers.
2. Press the Goodbye
The caller connects to the attendant.
