Low Oil Pressure Information
The low oil pressure indicator ( ) goes on
and the red information indicator ( ) lights
when engine oil pressure is below the
normal operating range.
Both indicator should go on when ignition
switch is ON and engine is not running.
Both should go off when the engine starts,
except for occasional flickering at or near
idling speed when the engine is warm.
Running the engine with insufficient
oil pressure may cause serious engine
damage.
