> Tap «Practical Stitches».
> Select Darning Stitch  34.
> Sew the first row. Start at the top left.
> When the desired length is reached, push the button «Quick Reverse».
– The machine sews in reverse.
> When the desired length is reached, push the button «Quick Reverse» again.
> Repeat the process until the desired width is filled.

6.12 Finishing Edges

Zigzag  2 is suitable for all fabrics. It can be used for elastic seams as well as for decorative work. Use darning
thread for fine materials. When sewing satin stitch, it is recommended to set a short, dense zigzag at a stitch
length of 0.3 – 0.7 mm. The satin stitch can be used for appliqué and for embroidering.
The edge of the fabric should lie flat and not roll.
> Fit the Reverse Pattern Foot #1C.
> Tap «Practical Stitches».
> Select Zigzag  2 or Satin Stitch  1315.
> Neither select too wide a stitch nor too long a stitch.
> Guide the edge of the fabric into the center of the presser foot, so that the needle goes into the fabric
on one side and over the edge into the air on the other side.

6.13 Sewing Double Overlock

A double overlock seam is suitable for loose knits and cross seams in knits. When working with jersey, a
jersey needle should be used to prevent damaging the knit fabric. When sewing stretch materials, use a
stretch needle.
> Fit the Reverse Pattern Foot #1C or Overlock Foot #2A.
