2-7-2. Replacing Switching Regulator (RE-
241 Board)
1. Remove the inside panel. (Refer to Section 1-4.)
2. Disconnect the harnesses (PS-RE, OHB-PS35T) from
the connectors (CN1, CN2) on the RE-241 board.
3. Remove the two screws of the RE-241 board.
4. Draw the RE-241 board along the board rail groove.
5. Install the RE-241 board by reversing the steps above.

2-7-3. Replacing Fuses

This unit is equipped with Fuses.
An excessive current flows due to abnormality inside the
equipment, the fuse blow. If they blow, turn
off the main power of the equipment, inspect inside of the
equipment, and remove the cause of excessive current.
After that, replace the fuse.

The fuse are essential parts for safe operation.
Replace the components with Sony parts whose part
numbers appear in the manual published by Sony. If the
components are replaced with any parts other than the
specified ones, this may cause a fire or electric shock.

2-8. Replacing Leveler

1. Remove the leveler cover in the direction of the arrow.

If the leveler cover cannot be removed by hand, turn it
in the direction of the arrow while holding its groove
with pliers or the like.
