2-6-3. Top Section

1) Docking CN (T) assembly (CN-2904 Board)
1. Remove the docking interface assembly.
(Refer to Section 2-3-1.)
2. Remove the docking CN (T) assembly.
(Refer to Section 2-3-1.)
3. Remove the two hexagon socket bolts (3 x 8), and
remove the D-sub plate and the D-sub plate spring.
4. Remove the three screws to detach the CN-2904
board.

5. Install the docking CN (T) assembly by reversing the
steps above.

. For connecting the coaxial cable with connector,
refer to Section 2-10-1.
. When it is difficult to connect the D-sub connector
after board replacement, refer to Section 2-6-2.

1. Remove the outside panel. (Refer to Section 1-4.)
2. Remove the TR-138 board. (Refer to Section 2-9-1.)
3. Remove the DPR-283 board.
(Refer to Section 2-9-2.)
4. Remove the three screws, and remove the outside CN
assembly.
5. Disconnect the harness (PS-DC) with the DC OUT
12V connector and DC OUT 24V connector from the
outside CN assembly.
6. Remove the PS-724 board. (Refer to Section 2-7-1.)
7. Disconnect the harness (ETHER) from the connector
(CN2) on the CN-2996 board.
8. Disconnect the harness (232C) from the connector
(CN2) on the CN-2917 board.
