SYMPTOM
Glow lamp is not working even
though turning the ignition key
switch.
All lighting units are not lit up.
Upper or lower 2 lighting units are
not lit up.
One lighting unit is not lit up.
Lamps only lights for a short time.
Lampstand actuator not working.
Lampstand actuator is not working
or is too slow.

POSSIBLE PROBLEM
Miswiring on the battery?
Fuses on the right side of the control
panel(box)?
Battery voltage? Sufficient voltage is
normally 12- 14V.
Battery works properly?
Light switches are OFF?
Breaker is tripped?
AC120V is not applied to the External
Power Receptacle?
Miswiring?
Light switches are OFF?
Miswiring?
AC120V is applied to the lighting unit?
Fan is working?
Fan is not working.
The ignition key switch is not turned to
ON position?
Miswiring?
Fuses on the right side of the control
panel(box)?
DC12V is applied to the lampstand
actuator?
DC12V is applied to the lampstand
actuator but when trying to operate, the
voltage measured at battery is down?
DC12V is applied to the actuator, and
when trying to operate, the voltage
measured at battery is not down, but the
lampstand actuator is?

TROUBLESHOOTING

SOLUTION
Correct wiring.
Check the page of "Fuse", replace
the broken fuse and remove the
cause of it.
Charge or replace the battery.
Replace the ignition switch or ECU.
Push the light switches on the
control panel.
Push the breaker on the control
panel.
Generator could be problematic.
Correct the wiring.
Push the light switches on the
control panel.
Correct the wiring.
Replace the lighting unit.
Clean the fan and air passage.
Replace the fan.
Turn on the ignition key switch.
Correct the wiring.
Check the page of "Fuse", replace
the broken fuse and remove the
cause.
Replace the lampstand actuator.
Charge or replace the battery.
Replace the contact blocks behind
the actuator switch or cables.
