Startup

Do not operate Reactor without all covers and
shrouds in place.
1. Load fluid with feed pumps
The Reactor is tested with oil at the factory. Flush
out the oil with a compatible solvent before spray-
ing. See page 35.

Check that Setup steps 1-14 are com-
plete, pages 16-21.
b.
Check that inlet screens are clean
before daily startup, page 33.
c.
Check level and condition of ISO lube
daily, page 34.
d.
Turn on component B agitator, if used.
e.
Turn both PRESSURE RELIEF/SPRAY
valves (SA, SB) to SPRAY.

Start feed pumps.

Open fluid inlet valves (FV). Check for
leaks.
Do not mix components A and B during startup.
Always provide two grounded waste containers to
keep component A and component B fluids separate.
h.
Use feed pumps to load system. Hold
gun fluid manifold over two grounded
waste containers. Open fluid valves A
and B until clean, air-free fluid comes
from valves. Close valves.
