Meaning
Not enough power can be supplied to the USB port.
This is shown when the internal clock has been reset if
the unit has not been powered up for a specific period
of time.
The dedicated app is not connected.
The data may have been damaged.
An unknown error occurred.
Action
Connect a commercially available USB AC adaptor (at
least 5 V /3 A).
Touch <YES> to configure the date and time settings
(p. 5).

Use the factory reset function (p. 33) to restore the
GCS-5 to its factory settings.
If the problem is not resolved even after a factory
reset, contact the dealer where you purchased this
unit, or contact Roland support.
